if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where:
The wrong product style, colour, or size was ordered
Please enter your email address, order number, and new product style and/or size ready and click through our ‘Submit an Exchange Request’ button below.
Once you’ve submitted your proposed exchange, we’ll contact you shortly with a confirmation email.
Returns of Our Physical Products
If you are not happy with the product.
You will need to submit your email address and order number. Please submit your return by filling out the form at the following link.
*Remember, once you receive your item, you have 35 days to submit a return.

Exchanging or returning a fullyfuelled product couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.
You have 35 days from receiving your order to:
Create your exchange or return of the product purchase
Book a complimentary collection
Send the purchase back to us
Items must be returned to us unused with all product labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase a new item separately.

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, let us know. You have 35 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
